The update summarises what’s new across the EU’s legislative pipeline. It builds on the interactive tracker that I created to make legislative data easier to follow.

Noteworthy policy developments:

🔹 New Call for Evidence on the EU Quantum Act

🔹 The Commission published a legislative proposal to amend the Deforestation Regulation – 2025/0329(COD)

🔹 The Council agreed its approach on the Omnibus III file on agriculture – 2025/0236(COD)

🔹 The Parliament adopted two positions on files relating to resilient forests. The Commission previously said it wants to withdraw both – 2023/0410(COD) & 2023/0413(COD)
