🗺️ The EU rulebook is massive, so what if you could explore it visually like a map?
Today I am showcasing another function of my new dashboard to better track EU legislation.
How do you make sense of complex legal databases and thousands of pages of EU law? I built an interactive map that lets you navigate them visually.
The tool enables you to zoom in and out of policy areas and discover the rules that matter to you. As you explore, the table underneath provides more detail on each file in the selected category.
For now, this covers all laws in my current dataset (653 at the time of writing, all proposed since 2019). Of course, this is just one important part of EU law, but it still gives you a good overview of applicable legislation in most areas – including relevant compliance dates.
See it in action below 👇 and try it yourself here. Any feedback very welcome. Share the news if you find it useful.
